When should I have my Trimbella Shake?

You can enjoy your Trimbella shakes any time of the day, however, for the best weight loss results we recommend having your daily shakes at breakfast/lunch.

How many shakes should I take for weight loss?

For weight loss, we recommend two Trimbella shakes per day alongside drinking lots of water and a healthy evening meal. One Trimbella shake per day will support maintaining weight loss.
